With a new CEO at the helm, the company sought to rebrand from its long-established roots to reflect a more vibrant, modern, and tech-oriented image.
UBCT partnered up with KCS with the goal of updating and refining the brand’s appearance to better align with its advanced offerings in robotics, AI, and automation systems.

Challenges
The existing UBCT brand was perceived as outdated, having been established many years ago. There was a need to infuse the brand with a fresh, high-tech appeal to match its cutting-edge solutions. Additionally, the company struggled with low brand awareness and visibility in the social media landscape, impacting its ability to connect with the target audience in the semiconductor industry.
Ideas
To address these challenges, we proposed a comprehensive rebrand to enhance UBCT’s market presence. Our strategy included overhauling the company’s visual identity to reflect its modern technological edge, thereby strengthening its brand positioning. We also planned to boost brand visibility through strategic social media content and video assets.
Solutions
We executed a full-scale rebrand for UBCT, starting with a new logo and updated visual collaterals that captured the tech-forward ethos of the company. We revamped the proposal deck and media assets to align with the new brand identity and produced engaging video content for enhanced branding. Additionally, we crafted targeted social media content to increase awareness and reach within the semiconductor industry, effectively connecting with UBCT’s target audience.
